This list of Terms & Conditions is provided to ensure proper communication of our abilities in regards to method of payment, shipment, etc. of orders placed with 'Cross the Lilliebridge.

Method of Payment:

Orders within the USA:

We accept Company Checks & Money Orders. Payment MUST accompany First time orders. Subsequent orders may be on a Net 30 basis at the discretion of 'Cross the Lilliebridge. Appropriate postage will be added to all orders. (Please make checks payable to 'Cross the Lilliebridge).

Orders outside the USA:

We accept Company Checks & Money Orders. Payment MUST accompany First time orders. Subsequent orders may be on a Net 30 basis at the discretion of 'Cross the Lilliebridge. Appropriate postage will be added to all orders. (Please make checks payable to 'Cross the Lilliebridge).

Phone orders: will be taken Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific time.

Return Check Policy: There will be a $30.00 per check charge for any returned checks.

Returned Merchandise Policy:

We will only accept returns on damaged merchandise. 'Cross the Lilliebridge will provide replacements for damaged goods.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail, unless otherwise specified. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders.
U.S. orders - Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of mailed in orders.
International orders - Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery upon receiving order with payment.

These delivery times are based on USPS First Class Mail specifications. UPS Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day Select services are available. Additional charges will be incurred. Please contact us for shipping costs that are not listed on the order form. Please note, UPS will not deliver to "P. O. Box" addresses.
